I recently had my HVAC system replaced in Coto de Caza and the experience was phenomenal. They were out to my home within 1.5 hours and we discussed options and the unit was installed the very next day. Every interaction was wonderful from the office, to the technician that came to my home and even the installers who worked very hard doing the installation. I highly recommend them and we will use them for our other properties in Orange County.

Joe Rodriguez installed our new HVAC gear. It’s a complicated job with lots of details and connecting parts. Joe got our old system out and new one in promptly and well. I love our new thermostat he installed and set up on our network. Our new system uses a heat pump mode when heating is required instead of gas; it’s very efficient and one less thing to go wrong. Joe rebalanced our ducting to get even flow throughout the house. He also advised on how to take care of some previous ducting work that needed a refresh. Thanks, Joe!

I purchased a complete AC and heating system from John Dapsis. He was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions for my system.
I just had my system installed today. Three men arrived on time and did an incredible job with the install. It only took 7 hours for the complete install, and they protected my floors and cleaned everything upon completion.
Comfort Air was the only company that had quoted the complete job with all the little details. They have competitive pricing and the best warranty out of my other quotes I received.
They insulated the walls and installed sheet metal for the furnace base for added support in the furnace closet.
I highly recommend Comfort Air to anyone. Very professional company from start to finish.

I have only ever written 2 reviews, and I felt due to my experience with John (sales) and Joe Rodriguez there needed to be a third. I’ve owned several houses during my lifetime but have never replaced an HVAC system. I consider myself a “handy” homeowner, but this complicated system was way over my head.
The sales process was one of the best. The installation was even better. Joe took his time explaining everything to me; he also took extra time to prep the house and is clearly a veteran in his trade. I can’t say enough about Comfort Air and the employees I had the pleasure to work with.

Installer Byron and his partner Ronnie did a splendid job installing our new Lennox HVAC system. They replaced my 51-year-old heating unit and 26-year-old condenser unit. Byron and Ronnie were very courteous and polite, answering all questions when explaining how the new system works. The installation also included a new pad for the condenser, a new service breaker, and a new gas valve and line. Also, the team lined the old furnace with foil insulation and a metal base. The unit is extremely quiet now.
