He took the time to walk me through each step of his process and explained exactly why he was doing it. I was especially impressed by his respect for our home - he insisted on putting on fresh shoe covers every single time he walked in and out, even after I told him it wasn't necessary! It’s clear he takes immense pride in his work and the company he represents. On top of that, the pricing was more than fair. A truly top-notch experience from start to finish.
