When my air conditioning went out around midnight one recent night, I called Comfort Air the next morning. They scheduled a technician to come out that same day. The technician, Adrian Contreras, arrived at the appointed time. He was professional, polite, and personable. He made an assessment of the issues involved, explained the options to me, and took pictures of the work he had done. There were several problems with the system, and he stayed until the work was completed (around 6:00 p.m. or so on a Friday evening). Adrian then followed up a few days later to check on the system. I am grateful to Adrian and Comfort Air for addressing the problem quickly and thoroughly. Everyone at Comfort Air was wonderful, and they will be my “go to” company for all my air conditioning and heating needs. Thank you, Adrian.

Our experience with this company was amazing from beginning to end. Teresa, the office manager, was so compassionate about our situation and made sure we were taken care of right away. She put us in touch with Diana, who kept us updated the entire time while we waited for our warranty part to come in. Adriana was always so friendly and happy whenever we called, which made a stressful situation much easier. We were unfortunately without air conditioning while waiting for the part, but the company went above and beyond by bringing portable AC units to our house at night so we could stay cool. Cristian and Jon were great technicians. They explained everything step by step and made us feel really comfortable with the whole process. It’s rare to find a company where both the office staff and technicians care this much. We are very grateful!

It was that time of year for my winter service on my AC when Comfort Air called to schedule an appt.; Joshua A., one of Comfort Air's technicians, showed up to do the service and I must give Comfort Air for hiring the best! Joshua was very professional yet had such a kind mannerism about him, even my little Terrier loved him. He showed me an area of concern and made some great recommendations, which I agreed to have done and look forward to the improvements. Fernando was knowledgeable, professional, and patient explaining the status of the units and what we could expect moving forward. He also pointed out a potential exposure for a leak. Two senior citizens purchased an AC from Comfort Air, and a year or so later the AC was not working. It was the middle of summer in the desert, and these people took over 10 days to get the part and fix the AC. The senior citizens had to stay in a cheap motel due to it being too hot to stay in their home without an AC. After the AC was repaired, they wrote the owner a letter asking if they could get some compensation for the delay of 10 days to help them with the 10-day motel bill. The owner has never responded. For someone who says he is #1 in customer service and he's a big part of the desert community, he could have taken 5 minutes out of his day to respond to these senior citizens who paid him. Very sad! I guess he's the King of rudeness. Update 10/03/25 Robert reached out from Comfort Air and resolved this issue very quickly. He spoke to the senior citizens involved and resolved their issues, which I highly respect and appreciate. The senior citizens are very happy with the resolution reached. Thank you, Robert, for your attention to this matter. So I am revising my post to recommend Comfort Air; they really do appreciate their customers.

You don't so much know a good outfit as belong to one, paying a fee for regular maintenance and emergency service. You want to belong to Comfort Air. Not only are they skilled professionals, they familiarize themselves with your equipment. When you call, you get personalized attention, mindful of not only what kind of liabilities you might have but also how to prioritize repairs and replacements to keep the cost within reason. Improbably, they manage to underbid the competition, too! Doesn't get better than all that.
