Joe was great about walking through the project, explaining what would be done, and took time to show me how it all worked. When my husband and I were shopping for a mini-split (garage HVAC system), we interviewed numerous companies. We were most impressed with Comfort Air and their sales rep, Erick Ceja. Erick was well dressed and well informed. He listened to our concerns and answered each question to our satisfaction. He let us know that the model we selected qualified for both a $200 IID rebate and a $2,000 federal tax credit. We also had an amazing experience with Bill Mauldin and crew when they did the installation. They did all the right things that most homeowners want: 1. Arrived on time 2. Bilingual 3. Friendly and professional 4. Efficient 5. One-day installation 6. Tested the system 7. They walked us through how to operate 8. They cleaned up after the job. I would recommend Comfort Air to anyone. Faith Restored! When shopping for a mini split for our garage, Comfort Air’s reputation was impeccable. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t live up to their reputation. The problem was with our sales rep. Ultimately, we purchased the system from Comfort Air and, though the installation was efficient and professional, we did not receive any operating information and never felt confident that it was operating with peak performance. After letting this stay on my mind for a few months, I decided to get it off my chest, not looking for anything but to move on. When I emailed the company, Paul and Dominic responded immediately. They scheduled Travis to come by, check out the system, and go over the operating information. Travis is the embodiment of Comfort Air’s reputation. He checked out the system, and then spent time explaining all that I had wanted to know. Travis was professional, knowledgeable, and a competent communicator. I can now join the ranks of the many satisfied Comfort Air customers!
