I chose Comfort Air to replace my AC units over a year ago because of their competitive pricing, responsiveness, impressive customer service, and reputation. In retrospect, it was an excellent decision, especially now that their service capabilities have been expanded to include plumbing systems. My initial annual service checkup was much like previous inspections with other providers, but was distinguished by the professionalism of the service representative, Trenton (sorry, last name not retained—but how many Trentons must there be?) was a standout. He spent his time effectively but answered all my questions with an impressive knowledge of my system(s) and with patience. Without his suggesting that I could request him as my technician of choice for future HVAC issues, I inquired if that was possible. Happily, it is! And so it was on my recent courtesy plumbing inspection. Chris Armijo performed an extensive review of my systems, explaining any concerns with a thorough knowledge of their operation. He even volunteered to adjust a leaky faucet and solved a minor drain issue for no additional charge. When he identified an issue with a cracked filter casing and leaking connection pipe, I felt comfortable that his concern was well-founded and that I wasn’t getting pushed into an unnecessary repair decision. As I did with Trenton, I’ve requested Chris be assigned as my go-to plumbing technician. Finally, I must praise the Customer Service representatives. One of the best I’ve ever encountered! Responsive, patient, professional—everything you’d expect from a CS representative to provide, but, unfortunately, not always provided by every firm. So, from every perspective, my team will remain Comfort Air!
