Per usual, my semiannual check on my system was perfect. My tech, Colten, is very polite, efficient, and always careful with his ladder. It is nice to have the same person come to my home each time.
I am also very glad I selected Comfort Air when I had to replace my system. A great company to work with. I highly recommend this company. They have always been very quick to respond with any issues. There were a couple when the system was first installed but were totally resolved. Since then, all I’ve needed are the semiannual maintenance calls, which they call to schedule so I don’t have to remember. As far as I’m concerned, they are a 5 star company and hope they remain so.
