John was very professional and friendly. Weird thing, my AC started working just before his arrival. He did find out why my system was not reliable, the capacitor was faulty, which he fixed and got me feeling better for the summer. He was even friendly to my 2 big dogs, which I kept out of his way of work. I would use this company again and recommend to my mother.

Comfort Air always does a wonderful job and is efficient. Cristian was very polite and thorough with checking that my air conditioner was running properly. He did a great job with explaining everything he was going to do and he gave a time frame of how long it would take.

John did a great job! Diagnosed the issue and provided a repair option for a 27-year-old unit. He also provided a very competitive option for a new system, one that is probably well overdue. Timing just not right, so the repair was a great temporary solution. Competitor just gave the “buy new” option. This system is on its last breath but may have gotten one last season out of this unit. Thank you, John and Comfort Air. Punctual, polite, and very knowledgeable.
