One concern is Joshua showed me an air conditioner that had an MSRP of over $17,009 and told me I was getting a $5,099 discount. The unit he showed was not a Goodman. What is the actual installed MSRP of the Goodman? Matthew and Jessie are great employees. I have employed as many as 120 technicians and these are great people.

Comfort Air is the best in the desert! After a painful interaction with another desert AC company, I reached out to Comfort Air, and they swooped in and stepped up to the plate! Leo, the comfort adviser, came to my house, and we reviewed my old 2008 unit and discussed the options and financing on a new unit. Leo was thorough and set up the install for the following Monday, which was just days away. The installers Jorge and his team were amazing. They showed up promptly on Monday, which was appreciated. We ran into a major snag with my HOA and the roof, and Robert (install manager) and Jorge handled the issues and ensured me they would handle the situation with my difficult HOA and promised they’d make it right. All this while working on my roof in 117-degree weather. It’s so amazing to encounter a company like Comfort Air that actually cares about their customers. I was with no AC for three days by no fault of Comfort Air but my HOA, but Robert made sure they returned to finish the job ASAP. I’m so glad I decided to contact these guys, and I’m sure I’ll be happy for years knowing I have Comfort Air taking care of me and my comfort air needs in my home. Thank you to everyone at Comfort Air; you are the best in the desert!

I've been a customer with Comfort Air for 9 years. They have always been prompt, courteous, and professional. My A/C abruptly failed, and we had visitors coming from out of town. I called in a panic! Cory, the Install Manager, said, "Let me call you back." The next morning, Noah Hernandez and his partner showed up. By the end of the day, they had installed a complete new system. They didn't take a break and did an excellent job. My family members have also used Comfort Air with excellent results. Great company and great employees!

I saw a Comfort Air ad on TV. I called them, and they were very professional and courteous and responded immediately and came out to my house. As you can see by the photos, I have had the original air conditioning unit from the time I purchased this house, and it was not working anymore. They picked out two new ones to replace the old ones. The crew that came out were outstanding individuals who did a professional job. Even the owner, Paul Votta, came out, introduced himself, and worked on my units for the whole day. I am amazed that the commercial that I've seen run by this company is true to its core. Paul is exactly as advertised, a very nice person and extremely knowledgeable in his profession. I've had contact with the staff in the office; they are also extremely courteous and professional and extremely patient with my many questions. I would especially like to thank Anthony, Edward, and Chris for the diligent and professional work they performed in my house. Nicole Votta, whose pleasant demeanor was a welcome change when dealing with office personnel. I would also like to thank our salesperson, Leo, who thoughtfully explained everything we needed to know with our new purchase. I would tell anybody, family, friends, and people I work with to purchase their air conditioning needs from this fine, upstanding family business. Our HVAC went out and we called three companies to give us estimates for purchase and installation. We listened to three presentations and decided to go with Comfort Air. Erick Ceja did an excellent job of listening to our needs and proposing a system that met them. He also arranged next-day installation and said the job should be finished by noon. The price was the best, we were given honest costs, including State and Federal incentives, with no hidden fees or pressure to upgrade and the service was amazing. When we agreed on the price and signed the contract, the company sent out a tech to install a portable A/C unit for the night. The two installers were there early to uninstall the old unit. The roof install required a crane and it was there by the time the unit was disconnected. The old one was removed and the new one on the roof in quick order. The job was finished by 11:00. We were pleased with the entire process and the end result. The unit is amazing and so much more efficient than the old unit. Erick and all the techs and office personnel were great. Thanks to all! I highly recommend this company based on our experience.

I recently had Cody and his team install a complete new air conditioning unit in my house. I had a situation where family was staying at my house to go to a family wedding and the air conditioner went out. The team at Comfort Air stepped up and did an awesome job installing the entire unit within the time frame I told them I needed so my family and I could attend the wedding. They got done an hour ahead of schedule and were very professional and helpful with keeping everything sane with the installation, with all my family and grandkids running around. They installed and cleaned up everything as if they were never there. I was very satisfied with the customer service from Comfort Air and Cody’s team. I would highly recommend them for any of the services they provide. I had also recently used Comfort Air to replace my hot water heater; they did an exceptional job with that service as well.
