Adrian was just here servicing our furnace... he was quick and efficient. Didn't seem to do much, but our system has been doing well pretty much for the 10 years we've had the system (A/C and furnace). Learned that the old ductwork wasn't replaced, as I was under the impression it was supposed to be at the time. I know they couldn't get into the living room because of space, but they should have done the other areas. Anyway, good to know they are still in working condition (no noticeable leaks... in or out). Still support them.

We had our second service from Comfort Air, and it was an excellent experience. Our technician, Cecil, was friendly and knowledgeable. He discovered that one of our furnaces had never been connected by the builder. He took pictures to show me and was able to connect it for us. He thoroughly explained the service he would be doing for us. I always find Comfort Air to be very organized, calling to remind me of service, texting info and a picture of the service tech, keeping me updated on arrival. I highly recommend this company. They do quality work, have qualified employees, and offer reasonable pricing.
