John was very professional and friendly. Weird thing, my AC started working just before his arrival. He did find out why my system was not reliable, the capacitor was faulty, which he fixed and got me feeling better for the summer. He was even friendly to my 2 big dogs, which I kept out of his way of work. I would use this company again and recommend to my mother.

John did a great job! Diagnosed the issue and provided a repair option for a 27-year-old unit. He also provided a very competitive option for a new system, one that is probably well overdue. Timing just not right, so the repair was a great temporary solution. Competitor just gave the “buy new” option. This system is on its last breath but may have gotten one last season out of this unit. Price was high to me, but to be honest I have not paid for an A/C repair in over 10 years: $2,700 to quickly diagnose, install Freon stop leak, and recharge, then retest pressures.

When my air conditioning went out around midnight one recent night, I called Comfort Air the next morning. They scheduled a technician to come out that same day. The technician, Adrian Contreras, arrived at the appointed time. He was professional, polite, and personable. He made an assessment of the issues involved, explained the options to me, and took pictures of the work he had done. There were several problems with the system, and he stayed until the work was completed (around 6:00 p.m. or so on a Friday evening). Adrian then followed up a few days later to check on the system. I am grateful to Adrian and Comfort Air for addressing the problem quickly and thoroughly.
