Josh A. came out today for our annual summer maintenance on our brand-new AC unit, which we had installed just last year—and from start to finish, he was absolutely exceptional!
He spent nearly 90 minutes at our home, meticulously inspecting and fine-tuning every aspect of our system to ensure it was running perfectly. Josh went above and beyond in every way. When he noticed our outdoor units were dusty and extremely dirty, he didn’t just ignore it—he asked for our hose and personally cleaned them off to perfection. No technician has ever offered to do that before!
What truly made Josh stand out, though, was the care and kindness he showed toward our dog. We have a 130-pound Swiss Mountain Dog who’s very nervous around people and especially dislikes ladders. Josh was incredibly patient and affectionate with him—offering gentle reassurance throughout the visit. He even went back to his truck to get our dog some cookies! That level of compassion and awareness with animals is something you just don’t see every day.
