Joshua Anesko was sent to my new home this week to conduct a routine inspection and maintenance of my heating system. I was extremely impressed with how thorough he was in his work, and with his extensive knowledge, experience, and expertise!
In the process of going the ‘extra mile’, he identified a serious and hazardous issue affecting my entire HVAC system, resulting from faulty installation by the builder of the drainage system in my attic… This was a disaster waiting to happen, and the potential damage to my property could have been extremely costly!!! Joshua immediately did what was necessary to mitigate the situation, and he will be back to finish the extensive job of re-installing the entire drainage system safely and correctly. I am so grateful to Joshua for his hard work, honesty, and integrity in being my ‘eyes & ears’ in this situation… He is the consummate professional!
