What incredible customer service. I have not seen customer service as good, and follow-up, to Sal the technician that came to help try to repair.
Sal was amazing, so professional, responsive, helpful, and considerate of our needs. I purchased a Lennox system with Comfort over the other companies that came out solely because of Sal's helpfulness. I am so pleased I will call them to install my second unit and re-duct the house, as the system is from 1996. I would highly recommend Comfort Air and a Lennox system.
Today, March 12, 2026, Christian came to do my bi-annual service. He arrived early, a plus, nice, courteous, and professional. He changed all the filters, cleaned all my ducts and vents, all at no charge. He went into the attic to photo all of my ducts. I was able to see that they had been fixed before in places and taped up in others, and the taped areas were deteriorating. I saw with my own eyes what needs to be done. Within minutes of Christian's departure, I received the quote to replace the ductwork. He was so professional, as all the team. I would highly recommend Comfort Air.

Trenton from Comfort Air is friendly, knowledgeable, and creative. He established a good rapport and asked up front to share with him any issues relating to Comfort Air products and services. I mentioned the water heater and issues with getting enough heat or AC in the master bedroom. He called for a plumber who will arrive today, and is setting up a ductwork project to bring more balanced airflow to the bedroom. I’m very pleased with his taking initiative for solving problems. Just had another scheduled maintenance service visit with Louis, courteous and very friendly, very professional. He initiated the application for financing on ductwork installation, so the crew will be here on Monday to replace the old, existing ductwork and replace it with new ductwork that is compatible with the new heat pump Comfort Air installed three years ago. Very happy with the service.
Today 10/6/25, Cody and Ronnie came in to remove the old ductwork and replaced it with new. They were on time, professional and courteous. They finished, cleaned up and reviewed the work they completed with photos. Nice work guys, thanks again!
