This was our second semiannual visit, since our install, by a member of the Comfort Air team. We had the pleasure of meeting Salvador Esquivez. He was prompt, courteous, and informative. He efficiently checked our heat pump system and made sure everything was working efficiently. He mentioned they have added additional services which we will take advantage of as the need arises. Can't recommend them enough.
Another season and a new visit. This time we had the pleasure of John Mendiola's service visit. Another pleasant and efficient professional. Pleasant and professional, as has been all of his co-workers. He checked the interior half of our system and exchanged our old filter with a new one and then did his tests at the other half of our system outside. This year we added a plumbing inspection which was taken care of last week. Given the weather conditions of the desert, staying on top of our home systems makes sense.

Our maintenance service technician, Joshua Moore, arrived on time, providing an alert text and ETA while en route. He performed a complete diagnostic check on all equipment and then provided a detailed assessment of our repair options vs. system replacement options, and the cost associated with each. He transparently and clearly discussed the pros and cons of each option, letting us make the final decision to replace the system with a new electric heat pump version. It was a joy to deal with a true professional like Joshua. Comfort Air has been our company of choice for over 10 years, and we have never been disappointed.

A huge improvement upgrade
Comfort Air upgraded my AC system to a variable-speed heat pump system. They gave us a good and fair price and had the best warranty out of 4 estimates. Bill Mauldin and his colleague Alex worked diligently and, although it was hot outside, they finished the job in 11 hours, all in the same day. Travis came near the end of the installation, and they verified that everything was working well. The unit is QUIET and, although only installed for one day, it is a huge improvement upgrade over our previous system.
