Comfort Air Provides Professional Service
Casey Aldridge arrived on time, introduced himself, and proceeded to do a thorough semi-annual service on HVAC systems (4 units). Upon completion of the service, Luis gave a detailed review with a recommendation that was appreciated. After servicing our HVAC systems, we also had a plumbing inspection which clearly indicated a serious problem with our 70-gallon water heater. We are having it switched out to a new tankless system, complete with a $1,000 rebate from our utility company. We clearly dodged a bullet. As usual, Comfort Air provided professional service above and beyond the ordinary. Having been a Realtor here in the valley for over 20 years, I highly recommend Comfort Air to all my clients, especially those new to the desert.

Comfort Air pulled it off again
Comfort Air pulled it off again. Last year I had 2 AC units replaced and the team did an amazing job, this year I replaced the casita AC and water heater. I didn’t bother with getting several quotes, it was a no-brainer to use Comfort Air again. Leo was a great salesperson, came up with a solution for the casita and I had my date of install 4 days after meeting him.
Adam and his team did the install. He and his team were incredible. They arrived on time and completed the job when Adam said they would. The finish is top class, they also didn’t like the look of the venting from the first install as they thought I would hit my head on it and re-did it without me asking.

Today, I had a water heater installed in my house. The technician, John Mendiola, and his working partner were very professional and respectful. As John indicated the purpose of his visit, both of them wore plastic shoe protectors as they walked around areas that were carpeted. John’s arrival was confirmed a day before and the morning of the installation. John kept me informed about the installation process and answered the questions that I had. After the water heater was installed, John fully explained how the system was going to work. Both of them checked the water temperature in every room and did the necessary temperature adjustments as I requested. Finally, they cleaned the area in the garage where they worked.
