Casey Aldridge arrived on time, introduced himself, and proceeded to do a thorough semi-annual service on HVAC systems (4 units). Upon completion of the service, Luis gave a detailed review with a recommendation that was appreciated. After servicing our HVAC systems, we also had a plumbing inspection which clearly indicated a serious problem with our 70-gallon water heater. We are having it switched out to a new tankless system, complete with a $1,000 rebate from our utility company. We clearly dodged a bullet. As usual, Comfort Air provided professional service above and beyond the ordinary. Having been a Realtor here in the valley for over 20 years, I highly recommend Comfort Air to all my clients, especially those new to the desert.

Today, I had a water heater installed in my house. The technician, John Mendiola, and his working partner were very professional and respectful. As John indicated the purpose of his visit, both of them wore plastic shoe protectors as they walked around areas that were carpeted. John’s arrival was confirmed a day before and the morning of the installation. John kept me informed about the installation process and answered the questions that I had. After the water heater was installed, John fully explained how the system was going to work. Both of them checked the water temperature in every room and did the necessary temperature adjustments as I requested. Finally, they cleaned the area in the garage where they worked.
