He was very timely and extended a nice, warm greeting to me as I opened my front door. He soon explained to me the nature of his service visit and proceeded to do the maintenance work on the roof. After a thorough check of the equipment on the roof, he returned inside my home and changed the filters. He told me that everything checked out and looked good, shook my hand and told me he would be returning in about six months to recheck the HVAC system. He seemed to be competent in his skills and was certainly very cordial. Kudos to John!!
